Common Questions
Frequently asked.
How are building costs determined?+
Costs are estimated against an itemised Bill of Quantities prepared for your specific site, design, and finish specification — never a guess per square metre.
How long does a typical project take?+
A medium residential project runs 8 to 14 months from groundbreak to handover, depending on scale and finish.
Can I commission Mat-Ark from abroad?+
Yes — this is much of what we do. We send weekly photo and video updates, monthly written reports, and stay reachable on WhatsApp through the working week.
Do you handle approvals?+
Yes. Planning approval, land documentation guidance, and structural submissions are coordinated as part of our project management service.
How are payments handled?+
Payments are released against milestones tied to verified site progress. All material disbursements are receipted and shared.
Do you take on design only — without construction?+
Yes. You can engage us for architectural design alone, or for design plus full delivery.
